Achievements
Penelope Mimetics has completed the National Science Foundation (NSF) sponsored Introduction to I-Corps course at The George Washington University. As part of this training, we interviewed 21 sustainable polymers and textiles companies, including outdoor apparel, carpeting, and furnishings. We also engaged with B2B consortia and third-party certifiers to gather insights on sustainable supply chains and product performance needs for developing new bio-polymeric innovations.
Additionally, we have conducted extensive customer discovery in the sustainable polyols space, engaging in in-depth discussions with potential end-users and investors, as well as sometimes contentious conversations with the dominant players in the traditional polyol market.
Through our customer discovery research in sustainable polymers, we have established partnerships with top sustainability and product development consultants. Together, we aim to foster targeted conversations and build relationships in the food, beverage, and cosmetic industries with companies eager to leverage our intellectual property.
